By using the AI Finance Factory application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a content automation tool that publishes content to Pinterest on behalf of the account owner. It interacts with the Pinterest API to create and manage pins, articles, and related content. The App operates only within the scope authorized by the Pinterest Developer Platform.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the App. You must ensure that:

• all published content complies with Pinterest's Community Guidelines and Terms;
• you hold the necessary rights or permissions for any content published;
• your Pinterest Access Token is kept secure and is not shared with unauthorized parties;
• you review all content before or after publication as required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the App is provided on an "as is" basis. The App does not claim ownership of user-generated content. However, by publishing content through the App, you grant Pinterest the rights necessary to display and distribute that content in accordance with Pinterest's terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner of the App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• actions taken by Pinterest API, including rate limits, bans, or content removals;
• changes to Pinterest's platform, policies, or API endpoints that affect App functionality;
• loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities related to App usage.

6. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, primarily Pinterest's API and infrastructure. The owner of the App is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Pinterest's own terms and policies apply to your use of their platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
